I love the clarity and punch I get with these. They're great with a variety of pickups. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5 stars Great value for great strings   April 10, 2010
Preetam D'Souza (Virginia, USA)
I've been using D'Addario Super Lights ever since I started playing guitar 5 years ago. I've tried a variety of strings during that time period but none of them have compared to the feel and tone of these strings. Definitely worth the purchase!

5 out of 5 stars A Good Substitute for Super Slinkys   June 16, 2010
Hammy Technoid (Anchorage, AK)
I bought these because they were slightly less expensive than the Ernie Balls, and they're pretty good. It only took 2 days for them to stretch out to where they'd stay in tune. That's about average I guess. I'll see how these work out. They came in a 3 pack, so they'll last me a while.

5 out of 5 stars Super Light Electric Guitar Strings are, well, Super!   December 28, 2009

Amazon requested I write a review about these strings, so I guess I will. They are pretty good - not too long, and not too short. They twang when you pluck 'em, and they scream when you step on the distortion pedal. I expect to play at least about 164 songs on them before they wear out. They are nickel plated and shiny, are everything I could ask a guitar string to be and, the price was just right - so I'm a very happy string strummer. If you buy these strings, I'll bet you'll be happy too. Also, if you are in prison, you can use them to make homemade tatoo machines. How was that?
